Think about your morning/ evening routines. Are they setting you up for success? Are you fueling your goals and setting intentions?
Reset your routines, so they support your future.
To my morning routine, I added writing down daily affirmations; and in the evening, I added deep thinking/ journaling for fifteen minutes.
It might be helpful to write down your routines and edit as needed. If they aren't working, change them and add new steps.
Research behaviors that would make you successful for the goal you are trying to achieve.
Be proud of your life and make it your own.
