Dance in the mirror
While this may not be a tip on pushing yourself forward or motivating you to define your goals/ life, this tip is necessary for the soul.
Let yourself have a few minutes of complete bliss. Get comfortable enough to let go and dance your heart out. Release the stress built up in your body and shake it out. Do it in a mirror or just in the middle of the room.
Be silly. Have fun and make yourself smile. Sometimes life is hard, and we forget to give ourselves a little grace. Take the 3-5 minutes today to do it.
You never know; a little dance break might lead to a monumental breakthrough.
