You will feel like you can do anything after reading this book. Jen Sincero uses real-life examples and situations to push you out of your way own. Reading can be fun, but we loved listening to this on audio--Jen is the narrator, and she speaks with a passion that forces you to believe you can change your life.

The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom

This is a must-read for every human. You will feel like your grandparents are sharing their wisdom that they learned from their grandparents. If you haven't read this, we recommend starting it after you finish your current book. Don't only read it, but learn from it too. Take notes and action because this book will provide you with fantastic insight to live a happy.

Love yo self and focus on the positive in each situation

Remember, it's not happening to you; it is happening for you. This week as any situation arises, look for the positive and growth that could occur. You are faced with hard problems always, don't let them get the best of you--work through it and become better because of it. If it helps, write down the positive benefits. You will then change your thinking and attitude towards the situation.
